J'ai 50 ans. Je sais ce que c'est. Je suis un coach avec 3 décennies d'expérience. J'ai d’abord suivi une formation d'ostéopathe au célèbre collège d'ostéopathie de Maidstone, mais j'ai vite compris que je préférais travailler en amont plutôt que de soigner. J'enseigne le Pilates, l’animal flow et le mouvement naturel et je suis là pour vous aider à atteindre un "corps plus heureux". The TRX class was great, and I was amazed with my results. However, I do not think I could have achieved what I did without the help from you. You were a great instructor, and you knew how to push us all to get the best results we can. You never got frustrated, and I could tell you actually cared about how we were doing...
The TRX program did not look like much to me at first, and I thought it was going to be very easy. It wasn’t, but you pushed us all to do the best we could. It was a great way to improve my flexibility, and I especially see the difference when I play soccer in my league. The results don’t lie, and neither do the numbers. I can not believe how much I improved thanks to those 18 sessions.
I will continue to work on my fitness, and your confidence in me actually means a lot. Thanks for everything, and if I can ever afford a trainer or have the time to take this class again and have you as my instructor I would.

Stephan was my personal trainer from September 2010 to April 2011. He is knowledgeable, organized, efficient, extremely competent, and has an excellent rapport with people of all ages. He explained the purpose of each exercise and the muscle groups used all the while remaining focused on the safety and welfare of his client during training sessions.
Stephan is also a qualified Osteopath and during separate osteopathic sessions addressed certain physical limitations which were revealed during the personal training sessions. This enabled me to progress in my fitness regime.
