What is Qigong?
Qigong is a traditional movement practice that uses:
Slow, controlled movements
Natural breathing
Awareness of posture and relaxation
It is often described as a form of “meditation in movement”.
Unlike more intense workouts, Qigong focuses on reducing tension rather than creating effort.
Looking for a calm, natural way to move and relax in Brussels?
Qigong is a gentle practice combining slow movements, breathing, and attention.
