Qigong in Brussels

My classes

  • Evening Reset

A simple session to release the day, move gently, and settle into a calm, clear state.

What we explore during the session:

Ba Duan Jin — release & balance
A gentle, structured sequence to open the body, ease tension (especially along the spine), and restore natural balance. Accessible and grounding.

Ba Gua — flow & coordination
Circular walking with flowing upper body movements. Develops coordination, spatial awareness, and a sense of fluid movement.

Wu Qin Xi — playful energy
Inspired by the five animals, these movements bring a lighter, more dynamic quality — helping you reconnect with movement in a simple, enjoyable way.

  • Saturday Morning Reset — Move, Breathe, Recharge

(Outdoor Qigong in the Park weather permits)
A relaxed outdoor session to slow down, move, reconnect… and share a few laughs along the way.

What we explore during the session:

Yi Jin Jing — gentle strength & mobility
A flowing sequence to open the joints, strengthen the tendons, and support natural energy circulation — without strain.

    Zhan Zhuang — standing meditation
Simply standing, breathing, and being present. Builds deep internal strength, improves posture, and calms the nervous system.

What is Qigong?

Qigong is a traditional movement practice that uses:

  • Slow, controlled movements

  • Natural breathing

  • Awareness of posture and relaxation

It is often described as a form of “meditation in movement”.

Unlike more intense workouts, Qigong focuses on reducing tension rather than creating effort.

Why practice Qigong?

People usually come for different reasons, but most experience:

  • Less physical tension (neck, shoulders, back)

  • Improved mobility and body awareness

  • A calmer, more relaxed state of mind

  • Better breathing and energy levels

It’s particularly suited if you:

  • feel stressed or mentally overloaded

  • want a low-impact form of exercise

  • prefer a slower, more mindful approach to movement

A simple and practical approach

There are many styles of Qigong.
Here, the focus is on clarity and simplicity.

  • Yi Jin Jing (muscle and tendon work)

  • Zhan Zhuang (standing practice)
