A relaxed walk from Alma to Boitsfort, following one of the greenest sides of Brussels

We’ll meet at 11:00 at Rue Martin V 1, near Alma metro, then walk towards Boitsfort through parks, paths and ponds. Along the way, we’ll pause for about 20 minutes of simple outdoor Qigong, weather permitting.

No previous experience is needed. The walk continues whatever the weather; only the Qigong pause may be adapted.
