Stephan studied Osteopathy, is a personal trainer and TRX instructor, with more than 25 years experience in well being and alternative therapies.

If you’re reading this page, my guess is you are newly pregnant and want to be prepared for what your body has in store for you. Many congratulations to you! :) It’s awesome.

But it can also be exhausting, and achy. My goal is to help you build your physical strength and mental resilience for the journey ahead.
