Stephan is a Personal trainer and TRX instructor, with more than 25 years experience in well being.
My goal is to help you put in place comprehensive strategies and tactics in order to prepare you to live longer and to live better. Its the long term of life, not the short term of next holidays beach body. The sport i’ll be training you for is what i call “ the centenarian olympics”.
