What you need: Yoga is about movement. Movement is LIFE. As you progress in your yoga practice, you will soon realise that most of your pains and anxieties are due to a lack of “space” in your body. Yoga will give you that space back.
Your problem: You dont feel confortable going to a class, you feel intimidated by all these people plus you feel that it’s not really happening at YOUR rhythm, but more at the teacher’s rhythm?
The solution: You have to develop your own “home yoga”, a yoga that is between you and yourself, at your rhythm.
My role: Guiding you, and only you, in a private environment i will teach you how to develop your own @home practice. I will give you all the tools you need to take the initial routine and evolve it, yourself, in the comfort of your own home, without anybody’s help if you decide so.
