The Happy body functional training program is about improving the way you move throughout the world, improving the way the body performs daily activities. Functional training helps provide you with the strength, stability, and mobility you need to thrive in your life.
To lose weight, tone up, and/or relieve stress are only happy side effects of training but should never be the main focus of it. But the main side effect of them all is to be pain free.
The program is based on bodyweight exercises, TRX exercises, yogas asanas and movement, but most importantly its fun. I believe the most important aspect of training is to make it so you actually enjoy it. Therefore it has to be fun. No military drills here :)
